PMK – AIADMK alliance confirmed

 

Through PMK's general council meeting they announced the alliance with AIADMK. J Jayalalithaa has given them given seven Lok Sabha seats and one Rajya Sabha nomination by the AIADMK. This was news expected for a longtime.

Pattali Makkal Katchi the strong (OBC)Caste based community supporting party in TamilNadu again moved to AIADMK for election and clearly mentioned that it has interest to tie-up with Congress in the Central after election if necessary.

"My personal relationship with Sonia Gandhi and the Congress party would continue. This is a political understanding," says Anbumani Ramadoss.

DMK’s  Dayanidhi Maran says in an attempt at damage control, "Their (PMK's) exit gives us more seats to contest and they will come back after we sweep the polls."

NDTV has given clear verdict as per present scenario, both DMK & ADMK is loosing their percentage and Vijayakanth is gaining from 12% to 14%, So the result is DMK Alliance will get 41% and ADMK will get 39% and others get around 4% to 6%. Out of 40 seats DMK Alliance will get 20 to 22 Seats, ADMK alliance will get 18 to 20 Seats… Vijaykanth and others will not get any seats…

If there is problem is seat sharing with CPM & MDMK and they prepare to come out then the equations is DMK alliance will get 42% and ADMK alliance will get 36% , DMK Alliance will get 28 -32 seats and ADMK alliance will get 8-12 seats.

This time PMK, CPM, CPI & MDMK will not be able to withstand with DMDK and may loose their percentage drastically, Only DMK & ADMK can front-end the Election, I Feel DMDK & VCK will gain more in this election which may be Disadvantage to ADMK and Advantage to DMK, that why all the results show good lead to DMK alliance rather than ADMK alliance, Whoever may come or go, we are interested in development of the country, we expect the politician lead our country better

DMK has given all the seats in the west to Congress. Out of about 12 constituencies 10 are up in the air. Coimbatore - Communists and the Kongunadu Munnetra Peravai (KNMP or KMP) will get lots of seats from Congress. No clear majority there. Also, same with Tirupur. Erode and Pollachi, KNMP is strong. They might win those seats. Nammakal, Nilgiris, Dharmapuri, Karur will be won by Congress. This will be an interesting election in that part of the state.
